Rhonda Rajsich

Rhonda Rajsich is a highly-accomplished professional athlete, speaker and coach with a lifetime of competitive experience in team and individual sports at the highest level. She is a fifteen-time U.S. National Racquetball Champion, four-time U.S. Open Champion, six-time Pan-American, Gold Medalist, two-time World Champion, and currently sits as the most decorated U.S. racquetball athlete in history.

Just three months into her first pro season, Rhonda made the finals of her first US Open, taking out the #1 player in the world. At the end of that rookie season, Rhonda was ranked #3 in the world, and has not looked back. She has sustained a Top-5 position in the world rankings for nearly her entire professional career, and achieved #1 in the world for 4 consecutive seasons. 

After a brutal attack outside her California home in 2008 left her face shattered, Rhonda underwent intensive facial reconstructive surgery. After only three weeks, Rhonda voluntarily stopped medical treatment, ceased all pain medications and continued her training for the world championships.

Against medical and coach recommendations, she went on not only to play, but also swept the competition and seized the championship title only 64 days after her assault.

Rhonda has 18+ years experience of speaking and coaching to help individuals elevate their results as well as their lives. She works with individuals, groups, and organizations to facilitate personal and professional growth to achieve higher success with specialized tools, perspectives, mind-body connection, and overcoming adversity, among several other empowering topics.
